Linda Murdoch-Roberts

As a native of Utah, a graduate of the University of Utah, and long time resident of Park City, Linda brings substantial knowledge and experience to the team at Crescent Mortgage.  Linda's background includes over 20 years in the mortgage industry, with equal amounts of time in sales and underwriting.  Linda's clients rely on accurate and timely information, and continue to return to use her services time and time again.  Linda has been recognized 3 years in a row as "Top Producer" in both volume and customer service.  Linda is owner/operator of Crescent Mortgage and is available to her clients at all times.  Linda and her husband Ryan live in the Pinebrook area with their daughter Whitney.

Jay Sheridan

Jay moved to Utah in 1985 for college and is a graduate of the University of Utah.  He moved to Park City to continue his career in the Mortgage industry in 1994 and has over 8 years of experience.  Jay has been involved in sales and customer service since graduating from college and understands the importance of identifying clients needs specific to their particular purchase or refinance.  In his 5 years in the Park City market he has been recognized 3 times for "Top Producer" in volume and customer service.  Jay is owner/operator of Crescent Mortgage and is also available at all times.

Lisa O'Hara-Loomis

Lisa is originally from California and first came to Park City in 1981.  After a few years in Park City, Lisa returned to California to enroll in, and subsequently graduate from the University of San Diego in 1988 with a degree in Finance.  Lisa began her Mortgage career in San Diego, but chose to return to Park City for a better "quality of life".  Lisa, her husband Dennis, and her two children moved back to Park City in 1997.  Lisa was honored in her first year in Park City as a "Producer of the Year", and was one of the top five sales representatives in the Western Region.  Lisa left her previous employer in January 2000 to help start Crescent Mortgage, and continues to be a top producer in the Park City market.  Lisa's experience and commitment affords her clients a pleasant and memorable transaction.

Steve Shaw

Steve is originally from Michigan, and is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in finance.  After moving to Park City in 1991, Steve met and soon after married his wife Karen.  Steve and Karen are the proud parents of their son Aiden.  Steve originally started in the Real Estate industry and his experience there affords his clients a wealth of knowledge - both on the lending side and the Real Estate arena.  In the three years Steve has been a loan officer in Park City, he has developed an ability to work with Non-Conforming borrowers and properties.  Steve also has an excellent reputation for traditional lending as well as lot and construction loans.  In 1998 and 1999, Steve received the highest award for customer service with a 100% satisfaction rating.  Steve and his family love the outdoor lifestyle of Park City, and look forward to continuing to live and work in a place they are proud to call home.

Andy Baily

Andy is our newest loan officer, starting this year.  Andy recently moved from Cincinnati Ohio to the Heber Valley, and will be servicing clients in Summit, Wasatch, and Utah counties.  Andy is a graduate of James Madison University and has spent several years around the lending industry.  Andy brings with him 6 years of experience from the Title and Mortgage Industry that will serve his clients well.

Arlette Rukavina

Arlette is a new addition to the Crescent Mortgage staff and is handling all our processing needs.  She brings over 8 years experience to our office and has proven to be extremely knowledgeable in regards to all aspects of the lending process.  Arlette is a long time resident of Summit County, and has been working in the Park City market for 7 years.  If you have a loan with Crescent Mortgage, I know you will enjoy working with Arlette.  Arlette and her husband Jack are the parents of two grown children and grandparents of two more.
